Welcome to the Manatee County Youth Exhibitor Online Entry System 2026!!!

Please take a few minutes to review the Online Entry System instructions, posted on the Manatee County Fair website. These instructions have been revised for 2026. The answers to your questions should be in the instructions but if at any time during the online registration process you have an issue, please contact the ShoWorks Administrator at vquattlebaum@manateecountyfair.com She will be more than happy to assist you, to complete your online entry process.

Please note the following:

To be eligible to exhibit at the Manatee County Fair, you must COMPLETE the online entry process by the published Area deadline. A completed entry results in a paid receipt with your information and your entry information included. Print a copy of your receipt for your personal records. ATTEMPTS or SAVED CARTS are not completed entries and as such, will not be accepted to participate in the Manatee County Fair.
Begin in the upper right corner by either signing in or creating your account. Exhibitor information is not saved from year to year. If you want to set up an account in the ShoWorks Passport System, please see the Online Entry System instructions for more information or visit the Passport website: https://passport.fairwire.com/passportdefault.aspx
You will need your Ethics certification number or your date to attend class to register. If you have any questions regarding the ethics certification, see the “Ethics Certification Information” PDF on the Manatee County Fair website. Exhibitors who are exhibiting Plants only and Cloverbud exhibitors are exempt from the ethics requirement. As you set up your account, enter “EXEMPT” in the ethics field. Please note, if you do not enter your Ethics certification number when you set up your ShoWorks account, the number must be submitted to vquattlebaum@manateecountyfair.com by December 15, 2025, to be eligible to exhibit at the Manatee County Fair 2026.

Each exhibitor at the Manatee County Fair is required to purchase a security pass. This pass will be AUTOMATICALLY added to your cart with your FIRST PURCHASE. The charge is $30.00 and includes the Exhibitor Security Pass and the fair exhibitor 2026 T-shirt. Family passes are purchased through the Exhibitor Items (section 3) in ShoWorks. The limit is four passes per FAMILY, not per exhibitor. Families with more than one exhibitor need to count family passes carefully as the security passes are purchased. Security passes purchased in excess will not be issued and will not be refunded.
